World Cup Sees Me Take Out My Stainless Steel Wheatgrass Juicer Machine In Anger !

Today I got out of bed feeling rather delicate, you see I had visited friends for the first England game of the World Cup in South Africa.

Needless to say I had drank too much beer while we watched our team be held to a 1-1 draw against the USA through a schoolboy goalkeeping error, Grrrr.

So the first thing I do when I’m feeling slightly under the weather from too much of a good thing is to try and eat a couple of banana’s which are good for a hangover and usually helps ease my discomfort somewhat.

What the body needs after a heavy night is some good high quality nutrition to restore its natural balance and vitality.

Next, I take out my Stainless Steel Wheatgrass Juicer Machine and crank out my favourite supplement of pure fresh wheatgrass juice, this stuff is absolutely jam packed full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that our body’s love and thank us for.

I could go all day singing the virtues of this plain looking grass but lets just say that this is kind of like having a car and filling it up with the dirtiest, lowest grade petrol you can buy (processed foods) and replacing it with expensive premium quality rocket fuel (wheatgrass juice)

I like to buy trays of fresh wheatgrass which I sit on my windowsill in the kitchen and cut the required amount, ready to feed into my manual wheatgrass juicer machine, you dont need much and the juice it produces is first rate. On top of this, the appliance is extremely easy to clean unlike a lot of juicers out there and the whole process of cutting the grass, juicing it and then cleaning takes up no more than 5 minutes of your time.

My supplier is going to be quite busy over this next month sending my new trays out, especially if our goalkeeper drops anymore clangers like last night.
