Organic Strategies to Contain Garden Pests
When you are a gardener expect pests to always show up and you can either ignore them (a bad idea), use pesticides or you can use organic methods to control them. For the short term pesticides and the like provide a quick solution, but this can be detrimental in the long run. Thus some longer term strategies may be required in terms of plant choice and varieties for your garden. Try to get plant varieties that are more resistant to disease and more robust; landscape design palo alto. Always check your garden everyday to check for problems so that you can nip early pest problems in the bud early. When seeing pests, you can remove these by hand, this works well for leaf eating caterpillars, snails and slugs. Put netting on plants to protect from birds and other animals and check this daily to make sure nothing is trapped in it.
